Terms of service — the rules, in plain English

By buying from puptub.shop you agree to what follows.

1. Who we are

PupTub™ operates the website puptub.shop and sells the PupTub pet bathing
hammock and related products. In this document "we", "us" and "our" mean
PupTub™; "you" means anyone using the site. These terms apply to everyone
who visits, browses or buys.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an
order. Under 18, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian
involved.

3. The product, described honestly

We describe the PupTub as accurately as we can, including where it does not
fit. It suits cats and dogs up to roughly 16 in / 40 cm at the shoulder, and
big-breed puppies until they outgrow that. Above it, your pet's paws reach
the floor and the whole point is lost — we would rather tell you than sell
you the wrong thing.

Photographs are illustrative. Colours can shift slightly between screens,
and the pet in the photo is not included.

If the product is not as described, the 60-day return covers you. That is
your remedy and we do not make it difficult.

4. Safe use

The PupTub is a bathing aid, not a restraint and not a babysitter.

- Never leave an animal on it unattended. Not for a moment, not to fetch a
  towel.
- Stand it on a flat, stable surface before you put your pet on it.
- It is not for animals that are injured, elderly and frail, heavily
  pregnant, or in distress.
- If your pet panics, take them off. No product is worth frightening an
  animal over.
- Check the frame and mesh for damage before each use.

Used as intended, it is safe. Used as a bed, a step, a seat or a carrier, it
is not, and we cannot be responsible for that.

5. Prices and payment

- All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are
  shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is due when the order is placed.
- We accept major credit and debit cards and the other methods offered at
  checkout.
- Prices can change without notice, but never after you have paid.

If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we may cancel the
order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

6. Orders we can refuse

We may decline or cancel an order — for example when stock has run out, a
price was clearly wrong, or a payment looks fraudulent. If we do, you are
refunded in full and we tell you why.

You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering. After that it is with the
warehouse; use the 60-day return instead.

7. Shipping

Delivery times depend on where you are and which method you chose. You
receive a tracking number once the parcel ships.

Once it is with the carrier we no longer control it, and we cannot promise a
date. What we do promise: if it is lost, stolen or stuck for more than 30
days, we reship at our cost.

8. Returns

60 days from delivery, for any reason, for a refund of the product price.
Full detail is in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these
terms.

9. Our content

The PupTub name, the logo, the text, photographs and design on this site
belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please do not
copy or republish them without written permission.

If you send us a photo or a review, you allow us to show it in our
marketing. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

10. Limits of our liability

We are responsible for the product we sell you. We are not responsible for
indirect or consequential losses — lost income, lost time, or damage caused
by using the product in a way it was not meant to be used.

Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your country.
Where local law gives you more, local law wins.

11. Warranty

Products are sold as described, and defects are covered by the return policy
above. Beyond that we give no further express or implied warranty, and we do
not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible
for its content or its privacy practices.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the
effective date at the top moves. Continuing to use the site means you accept
the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Nothing here removes the
mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you
live.
